‘1000-Lb Sisters’ Fans Say Tammy Slaton ‘Ate’ in ‘Incredible’ New Photos Showing Off Regal Attire

Tammy Slaton channeled her regal side in a recent Instagram post—and 1000-Lb Sisters fans loved the royal results.
On Dec. 24, the TLC star took to Instagram with a carousel of pics from a trip to London, including several photos of herself wearing a red Renaissance-style gown that laced up the front. The TV personality accessorized with a burgundy cape featuring a gold clasp and peacock feathers, adding a jeweled necklace and a crown.
Additional snaps showed Tammy posing alongside her sister, Misty, who wore a similar gown, cape and crown combo in white and silver, with both sisters seated on what appeared to be thrones.
“London pictures,” Tammy captioned her post.
Tammy’s followers raved about her elaborate costume.
“YAAAAAS TAMMY! ATEEEE,” wrote one fan.
“LOVE! The first pic 😍,” gushed a second person.
“Was that Misty?! Omg you all look incredible!” someone else chimed in.
“You look stunning 😍,” declared a fourth Instagram user.
On the Dec. 17 season finale of 1000-Lb Sisters, Tammy visited a new surgeon to find out if she was a candidate for skin removal surgery, according to E! News.
“I’ve been waiting to hear that I can get my skin removal for so long,” Tammy said. “When I get rid of the skin, I’m going to be a brand-new me. Better. I’m going to become a model and walk the catwalk.”
While the surgeon, Dr. J. Peter Rubin, agreed to remove the excess skin around Tammy’s lower stomach and chin, he warned her that she would have to quit vaping first because nicotine products increase the risk of wound healing complications. He also said Tammy must up her protein levels before surgery.
“So there’s one thing I haven’t told my doctors about and it could mess up the chances of having skin removal,” Tammy admitted. “I do vape. I mainly use it for anxiety. It helps calm me down.”
“So No. 1 we got to get you off the vapes completely, No. 2 the nutrition is really important,” Dr. Rubin said. “We got to get those numbers up. That’s going to take about two months minimum. So we can’t schedule the surgery now until we can get all these things worked out.”
