Here, three therapists counsel help couples in resolving their problems. The couples get individual counseling sessions and even go for group therapies.
Couples in the show have several issues. Some have intimacy issues, while others have their own problems. Natalie and Josh, Jasmine and Gino, Brandon and Julia are a few of the couples in the show. They mostly have intimacy issues, so the therapists help them to sort them out. However, recently, there have been claims that Sarah Malone, who is one of the therapists in the show, is not qualified.

None of these things come closer to being a therapist. Reba is not a certified therapist. She is an expert in the B2B industry. An enraged fan wrote, “Is it legal to portray yourself as a therapist when you have no credentials?.”

There is a specified course and training they acquire before embarking on a professional journey. Sarah Malone is among the three therapists on the show who help couples improve their relationships. However, a person in a Reddit thread revealed that Sarah received no formal training as a therapist.
So, is she not a real therapist? The OP shared that two weeks ago, she was diagnosed with cancer. She posted about it on her social media, and Sarah reached out to treat her. She has known her since childhood, but they lost contact in between. The OP also attached screenshots of the conversation. Sarah reached out to her and wanted her to cure her emotional trauma to get rid of cancer.
The OP further shared that she can vouch for the fact that Sarah is not formally trained. She added that the 90 Day Fiance life coach is a horrible human being. Redditors also agreed with the OP. A netizen commented, “I could tell immediately on the show that she has no training and must be a terrible therapist.” They further added, “because of the way she talks to people and the activities she conducts.”
Others raised questions about how she behaved with the cast, and it did not seem like she was a therapist. Another fan wrote, “She was upright rude most of the time; even in her hypnotherapy, her voice was nothing soothing and relaxing.” Seems like Sarah’s rude behavior is catching up with her. Another fan defended Sarah and said, “She’s not a therapist; she’s a licensed clinical hypnotherapist, but that is not a therapist.”
