The network has not confirmed if and when 1000-Lb Sisters season 7 will premiere. The network delayed the announcement for season six even though the sisters were seen filming before any official news was released. On February 4, The U.S. Sun reported that Tammy and her family were enjoying a VIP visit to Disney World, where they filmed for season 6.

That was around the same time that season 5 had wrapped up filming. It wasn’t until September 10, that it was confirmed 1000-lb Sisters would be back for another season with a snippet of what to expect (via TLC). So, the network might confirm season 7 sometime in 2025.

When Tammy got sick, she checked herself into a weight-loss rehabilitation facility, where she met 45-year-old Caleb Willingham, a fellow patient. They fell in love and were married. Caleb seemed like a nice guy who really loved Tammy, and for a while, it seemed like she’d finally get her happy ending. Sadly, Caleb passed away in 2023, after only six months of marriage.

Tammy’s Big Revelation

During the 1000-lb Sisters season 6 finale, Tammy shares a love life update. The reality TV star and social media influencer talked about the fact that while she used to identify as pansexual, she stopped dating men after Caleb died. “So, I’m like a lesbian,” Tammy explained.
